What It Does
Every record in Merexa can have photos and files attached — daily entries, inspection reports, day labour records, progress claims and staff profiles. Photos can include captions, and files can be linked to Document Control for version tracking. Site teams capture evidence directly from their phone camera, while office teams review photos in context alongside production data and compliance records.
How It Works

Capture or Upload
Take a photo with your phone camera or upload an existing file.
Add Caption
Describe what the photo shows for context.
Link to Document Control
Optionally link the file to a Document Control record.
Save
The attachment is permanently linked to the record and visible to authorised users.
